How long you have been a member at CrossFit Hurstville?  2 years

What motivates you to get to the gym everyday? Living a healthy, active and aware life is a priority and motivation for me. The gym makes me feel good so getting to the gym is never a dreaded task, it’s something I genuinely enjoy which has played a huge part in achieving my goals, staying consistent and finally seeing wanted results. Everyday is a new challenge and with constant variation in the program it never gets boring or repetitive.

What are your current training goals? Focusing on strength and performance progression, continuing to stick to a consistent schedule as well as improve my technique in lifting movements

Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement?  Double Unders and Kipping Pull Ups

Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement?  Overhead Squats

What has contributed to your success in the last month?I’d say consistency, motivation, discipline and keeping myself accountable.

In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? CFH has become such a part of my everyday routine! I wake up every morning and look forward to working out. Two years ago I hadn’t experienced such rigorous workouts yet now I continue to yearn for more! All the coaches are so amazing, supportive, personal, fun, caring… they want to see you succeed and will do whatever it takes to make sure you do. Whenever I turn up to CFH it’s always a constant positive encouraging atmosphere with knowledgable and supportive coaches and a culture of energy and enthusiasm. It’s never an easy workout, but it’s always a good one and there’s always people cheering you on! I seriously have never been apart of a more awesome supportive community. CrossFit has completely changed my life for the better and I definitely see no end in sight.
