What motivates you to get to the gym everyday? Friends who keep me accountable, the variety of programming and noticing my own progress

What are your current training goals? Strict handstand pushups, improve running fitness and string more kipping pull-ups together

Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? Anything gymnastics, rope climbs & squat snatch

Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Wall Balls

What has contributed to your success in the last month? Getting to the gym 5-6 sessions a week and challenging myself with RX more often.

In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?

CFH is a great place to train and socialise. I’ve found I don’t need much motivation to get to the gym anymore it’s just a part of my routine that I look forward to every day. Attending CFH gives me the mental reset and energy boost I need after a day of work. The people and coaches are what makes CFH so unique and its much more than your average gym.
