Sports you played growing up? Not much!
How did you come across CrossFit and how long have you been doing it? I was looking to get more active last year and a friend recommended trying out Crossfit. I found CrossFit Hurstville online and joined late November 2017 🙂
What do you like most about CrossFit? Having the chance to push myself physically, with support. Feeling happier and more confident.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? Bar work
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Planks!
Biggest achievement in CrossFit to date? Seeing my 3 year old wanting to join in a class and do burpees… being a positive influence on my kid’s health.
What has contributed to your success in the last month? Committing to 3 regular training sessions each week and all the encouragement in classes.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? Joining CrossFit Hurstville has been a God send. All of the support I have received in class has really helped me to improve my fitness and sense of wellbeing. I look forward to training sessions each week and am feeling more motivated than ever to keep pushing forward. Thank you Paul and the whole community at CrossFit Hurstville.
