How long have you been into Crossfit? This will be my second year
What made you start Crossfit? I felt that I was really flat lining just doing the usual gym stuff by myself so a friend convinced me to try crossfit and I don’t look back now it’s the best thing I have done.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? Anything with a bar and heavy weight 😀
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Burpees
Biggest achievement in CrossFit to date? Completing 2017 Open all RX.
Most embarrassing or funny moment in CrossFit? Throwing up in the neighbours bin in the middle of 17.5
What has contributed to your success in the last month? The support from the people in the box most definitely.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? I have trained at a few different gyms but nothing compares, from the day I started I felt welcome, and comfortable. The programming is always getting better and the coaches really listen to the feedback. Any time you need help, support or encouragement its given. And not just by the coaches but by everyone in the box. The music goes alright too I guess 😉
