How long have you been into Crossfit? About a year.
What made you start Crossfit? Needed to have a consistent training pattern and also started to help improve my rugby league game.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? I can’t choose between Clean and Jerk, Handstand Pushups and squats
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Anything that goes against my height i.e. Wall Balls and Rowing.
Biggest achievement in CrossFit to date? Handstand walking and completing a muscle up. I really think everything that i haven’t been able to do before crossfit is just as big of achievement as each other.
Most embarrassing or funny moment in CrossFit? Probably dropping a snatch and falling on my ass. The faces people make in the gym are the funniest though.
What has contributed to your success in the last month? I think the 12 week health challenge has given me a motive and a goal to work towards which i need in order to make the most of training.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? One of the best environments you can be a part of. The coaches are a main reason i do cross fit due to the fact that the values that they instill in the gym is highly respectable. Their communication and passion to help others is not only inspiring but motivates me to better myself. My cross fit experience started as a pre season training for footy and turned out to be a hobby.
