What made you start Crossfit? Needed a change from traditional lifting and this was perfect.

What has contributed to your success in the last month? Consistency and great coaching the atmosphere in the gym is just awesome, everyone pushing themselves and trainers pushing us to do better snd lift more.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? Absolutely fantastic. Loving every minute of it. Pk Dave and Ali really push you to succeed. I have had some serious pbs in my short 2 months and definitely cant wait to achieve bigger better ones.
