How long have you been into Crossfit? 10 months
What made you start Crossfit? Was in a bit of a rut with my training and needed a change up. Wanted to try something different I suppose.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? Double Unders
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Snatch and Overhead squat.
Biggest achievement in CrossFit to date? Bar and Ring Muscle Up
Most embarrassing or funny moment in CrossFit? Snatching with a broomstick for a month.
What has contributed to your success in the last month? Training consistently would be the number one. Number 2 would be training with mates. Love a bit of banter and I don’t like losing so it’s always good to go head to head with some friends. Number 3 the coaches giving you the belief to do something or even at times give you a kick up the ass to have a go.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?
Great environment. Getting constant support and feedback from coaches and other members. Addictive. Wanting to improve different movements, my mobility and also my strength. Technique. Coaches always critiquing techniques and making sure your doing things correctly. Challenging at times but always fun.
