How long have you been into Crossfit? 6 months
What made you start Crossfit? Word of mouth. I was referred by friends of Paul and Ali.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? I have a few: Deadlift, Bench Press, Back Squat, Push Ups
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Again I have few: Running, Snatches, Wall Balls
Biggest achievement in CrossFit to date? In the 9 week challenge I lost 6kg and reduced my body fat by 3.7%. I have also reached a few milestones but a big one for me is being able to run 800M without stopping.
Most embarrassing or funny moment in CrossFit? Ummm… nothing too embarrassing really…I fell on my ass whist I was trying to do an over the box jump.
What has contributed to your success in the last month? I set goals for myself and stuck with it. I’ve been focused and consistent with my training and eating plan.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?
My experience at Crossfit Hurstville has just been amazing and still is! Paul & Ali have been great coaches since the very beginning, pushing me out of my comfort zone (even at my own dismay). My achievement is because of my own commitment, the training environment you both created, along with the people I train with – this makes all the difference.
